We’re excited to introduce UTM Library to streamline your link creation process!

• Pre-create UTM templates and apply them directly when creating links, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same parameters.

• Each UTM field now suggests a list of previously used values, making it even easier to reuse common tags.

• Added support for two new UTM fields: utm_id and utm_term, giving you more flexibility in tracking.

We’re happy to announce the release of API V2.

What’s new

• New authentication system
  You no longer need to share personal credentials to obtain a JWT token.
  API V2 introduces API Keys, scoped at the workspace level for improved security and easier access management.

• New endpoints
  New endpoints have been added: linkDelete, folderList, domainGet, domainList

• Harmonized endpoints
  Endpoints have been standardized to provide a more consistent developer experience.

• Harmonized fields
  Field names and response structures are now aligned across the API.

We also improved the format of exported links as part of this update, aligning CSV header names with the API and import conventions for a more consistent experience across the platform.

You can now create and manage support tickets directly from the new Support section in the sidebar. This makes it easier to report issues and keep track of all your requests in one place.

With Tickets, you can:

• Create support requests quickly

• Follow the status of your tickets at any time

• Receive email notifications whenever there is an update

We hope this new system will make communication smoother and give you a better way to track your requests on a daily basis.
